Prayer to Saint Dominic:
O Saint Dominic,
called forever
“Light of the Church” and
“Master of Truth”,
with great confidence we address you
We beg you to obtain grace for us
to understand the will of the Lord,
the strength to follow your paths,
letting ourselves be guided by Wisdom
that comes from above
and the serenity of the spirit
that only in God can you find peace
We trust you
all those who have strayed from the Church
that they can recover the light of faith,
the consolation of hope
and the joy of love that gives us
Intercede, above all, for young people,
that they find in Christ
the ideal model of the young man
and in His Gospel, the guiding light
on the path of life.
We trust your help
Oh Saint Dominic,
and in the help of the intercessors of the Order
that Providence wanted
for a “charity in truth” service
for the benefit of all humanity.
