PRAYER: For the sick;
Our Father... Hail Mary.... O JESUS, heavenly physician, who was raised on the Cross in order to heal our wounds through Yours, remember the dejection in which You found Yourself and the bruises that were inflicted on You in Your Sacred limbs, none of which remained in their place, so that no pain could be compared to Yours. From the soles of Your feet to the top of Your head, no part of Your Body was exempt from torment and, however, forgetful of Your sufferings, You did not tire of pleading with Your FATHER, for the enemies that surrounded You, saying to HIM: "FATHER, forgive them because they don't know what they're doing." By this great mercy and in memory of this pain, make the memory of Your Passion, so impregnated with bitterness, work in me a perfect contrition and the remission of all my sins. So be it!
FINAL PRAYER: O sweet JESUS, violate my heart, so that tears of repentance, of compunction and of love, night and day, serve as food for me. I converted myself entirely to You. May my heart serve You as a perpetual dwelling; May my conduct be pleasing to You and may the end of my life be so edifying that I may be admitted to Your Paradise, where, with Your Saints, I will praise You forever. So be it!
